The error badges sometimes goes wrong for test packages. 

This issue was created in order to split issue 128326 into separate problems. For more info see issue 128326, desc29.

Should be fixed in current dev build now. The level of dependencies re-scanning could be changed now (see
Tools->Options->Editor->Tasklist). Make sure that the 'Dependencied in Java tasklist' is set to 'Enabled within a
project' or 'Enabled' to re-scan test packages on modifications in source packages.
