Need a new component: a List of Values like ORACLE ADF or MyFaces inputListOfValues

  Oracle ADF and MyFaces has a facility to create a complex component called LOV (List of Values) . 
  Lists of Values (LOVs) enable end users to choose entry field values in a form or component customization form. 
  
  This is a component wich apears in a floating DIV element. Not only does it look much nicer and less clunky, it also 
does not get the user into trouble with her popup blocker.
