Steps: 1. Create a BPEL module 2. Add a new schema 3. Right click this schema in projects view and select Generate Sample XML 4. Exception is thrown

Happens only when there are no elements in the schema and try to generate from Context menu item. If you use the new xml wizard and select schema constrained then select a schema with no elements, the wizard will not let you finish giving message that there are no root elements.
