Suggested solution:
(1)Have tooltip for Go back and forward Say something like "Navigation Back" or "Back to declaration of hello1()" in
case we can extract the information about where it is navigating declaration/definition/source etc.
(2)Slightly change the icon, such that one of the tiny gray lines are blue to denote "hyperlink"

(Otherwise I believe the navigation should be redesigned for NB7.0 together with NB teams)

The idea is goodl but do you think it's a defect?
I would say it's an enhancement.
If you strongly disagree, please feel free to change it back to "defect"
