the partition element's subpartitions can be displayed either vertically or horizontally on the diagram. If the partition 
with vertical subpartitions are created and then drag and drop from the project tree will make the display showing the
subpartitions horizontally as a default layout in NB 6.5. It'd be nice to have a menu option to switch the visual
presentation either horizontally or vertically like the join/fork element does.

Similar enhancement issue 135634 for State Diagram's Composite State element.
