Description spaquet 2008-05-20 15:35:31 UTC
When adding a remote Glassfish (v2), port number for admin interface is 4,848 in stead of 4848
This is a little error, but funny one.

I think 4,848 and 4848 are the same value... in en_US...

Are you in a different locale?
Comment 3 spaquet 2008-05-26 13:00:48 UTC
No, i'm in en_US....
By the way, could you tell me how a floating could be equivalent to an integer, port numbers are integer as far as i know.
I do think, this is just a "display" error or formatting one. But when you want to validate on this basis you've got an
error.

The number is an integer.

in en_US the decimal mark is "." The thousands separator is ",". In many of the European locals these two are reversed.

I guess I can see if there is a way to tell the formatter to not do thousands separation....

this looks like issue 129073... but on the remote port page.

I will apply a similar change.
