Issue #128326 brought up a question if and how should be the RepositoryUpdater cancelable (during rescanning one source
root). It is not sure how to ensure correct interaction between cancelability and missplaced classes. Also, some clients
(like refactoring) need up-to-date caches - it is not clear how to ensure these clients will get up-to-date index if the
RepositoryUpdater is cancelable.
