MIDP 3.0 is next biggest change in Java ME space, providing new functionality to current application model, mainly
including Liblets (shared libraries for MIDP applications and new high level UI components. Visual Designer must be
enhanced to support new component types, two screen devices, compatibility analyzer between MIDP 2.0 & MIDP 3.0.
