Yes, I do see some of the problem (I'm using Netbeans 6.1)

3. "Name" TextField. I set "valign=middle" for it in style property. The effect is not show in design-time,
but is sure in run-time.

Again looks like a bug in designer. Please file a separate issue on this against "Visual Editor"

This is not a problem of designtime, but rather the layout used (which is not good) and size of font (which is specific
for each application, browser vs. IDE).
