System: Mac OS X version 10.5.2 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

Rendering of Default Platform combo box in C/C++ options (Project Options panel) looks strange and needs to be improved
- see attached screenshot.

no such combo box in C/C++->Project Options.
