Unfortunately there is no support to load XMI files with associated (even relative/external defined) UML profiles.

Nor you can import profiles for an already opened model to support special UML features: enhanced stereotypes, OCL 
constraints, and so on...

An example is the use of external tools (i. e. in a tool chain) to generate code model-driven.
