I checked the 6.1 stable update center catalog
(http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/6.1/uc/final/stable/catalog.xml.gz) and the anchor in the long description
for RESTful Web Services plugin starts with 2 &lt chars ("<<a href...") which is not correct html code. You can see the
whole attribute below...
