Steps to reproduce:
I add http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/6.0/uc/final/vcsgenerics/catalog.xml.gz update center. (6.1 version
is not available)
VCS Generic Command-Line Support module is now listed in Available Plugins
I select it and click Install.
I get the following error:
"Missing required modules for Plugin VCS Core:
Master Filesystem [module org.netbeans.modules.masterfs/1 > 1.1]"

I have reproduced this on Windows and Linux installations.
