1. Open fields.xsd from HL7 schema.
2. Switch to Design View.
3. Rename some complex type or its attribute.
Result: refactoring takes more than 10 minutes (and eats most of CPU resources during this time). It's too much.

Corner case, unless some user is waiting for this fix.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
