Alt+Enter common Windows shortcut didnt work as "Make window full screen".

Cant figure out how to invoke "Right mouse button" actions. Its hard to do some things without it eg. Add Library... or Clean or Build on specific file.
(Can be done by setting own shortcuts, but its not too comfortable).

1/Alt+Shift+Enter is the shortcut for full screen mode - check main menu item View|Full Screen 
2/Invoking popup menu is duplicate of 133491
