Netbeans 6.1 RC2

Steps to recall
1)Open ESB
2)Drag,Drop 2 portlets in ESB
3)Right click on first portlet and add publish event
  Don't select QName
  Fill in local and valuetype
4)Repeat the same for second portlet

5)Add alias by draging the green arrow in first portlet and dropping it on the purple arrow of second portlet.

Issue:Alias should not be allowed between events not using Qnames.
In this case 2 portlets don't use qnames yet <alias> tag is added to the xml
