As already mentioned in umbrella Issue 132737, the dialog is correctly implemented according to an UI specification.
Line is a separator which separates standard dialog from top dropdown available just for attach.

Marking as INCOMPLETE, please update the UI spec with the requested changes first.

Could you provide the link to the UI specification you mentioned? 

I understand that the line separates dropdown from the re-usable dialog, but this separation seems not to be necessary
and not brand compliant in this case. 

Can the two components just seamlessly connect to each other?

Having seen the UI specification, I am removing the INCOMPLETE keyword. UI specifications generally (although graphics
are usually done for a single selected L&F) do not define appearance for all L&Fs, neither does this one.

Requested change is mentioned in the description of this issue: the line separating standard dialog from top dropdown
available just for attach has been claimed unnecessary and disturbing on Nimbus L&F by a branding expert.

I'm sorry, I sent the post too early. I meant to say that the UI spec. jis is referring to is not precisely up-to-date
when talking about visual things and layout so this change (removing the line) will for sure not totally out-date it.
