In a php project the java script support offers only keywords. The problem is that there are not registered the javascript libraries on the gsf boot classpath.
I fixed the issue in release61-php clone. The fix is going through two modules gsf and php project. The fix in gsf is not so important and is not necessary, but it's better to have it. The real fix is in the php project. See the changeset http://hg.netbeans.org/release61-php/rev/a1325c4ab93b
