iReport plugin version: 1207732880958_iReport-nb-0.9.1.nbm

steps to reproduce:
1) go to "Tools / Options" and select iReport
2) for "Units", select Default unit: inches
3) create a report with "New / Empty Report" from the Projects tab
4) right-click in report, select "Properties"
5) page width shows 595, page height 842
6) save and close report
7) open iReport standalone 2.0.5
8) Options / Settings, verify Default Unit == inches
9) open report from step 3
10) report will not display correctly, gives error "The columns and the margins do not fit the page width".
