Steps to reproduce:
1)Start the Appserver.
2)Start Http Binding component.
3)Keep the focus of the mouse on HttpBc.
4)Run the a11y tool.

The Log file is attached which reveals that when we keep the focus of the mouse 
on HttpBc,is not 508 Compliant.
