If an user creates a webserver inside iPlanet WS and set read permissions to its
directory, then an IOException (permission denided) is thrown during browsing
iWS servers in runtime window. The subnode could be marked as unaccessible or a
inform dialog could appear instead of the exception.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
