Create a new php project and specify a folder where the sources should be copied in the step 3. The value is not saved
and when you try run the index.php you get message:

Project Project1 has no configured web server.

I didn't finished the description, continue:

Please set web server and restart....

The message is also misleading and probably is from previous php support. When configure the folder in the project
customizer, then it's not saved as well.
