NB 6.1 before RC1
"Libraries Folder" textfield in Project properties | Libraries panel contains value "./lib/nblibraries.properties" - it
isn't folder ;(

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
