The NetBeans Library Manager is a convenient way to include common libraries in you rproject.  However, if your library
includes native components and requires DLLs to be loaded as well, the manager has no (apparent) way to include them. 
Could the Library Manager be extended to also include DLLs to projects?

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
