When working with a remote server and editing the config for the composite; after binding a casaPort to a BPEL service
the location defaults to localhost instead of the server configured for the project; also my guess is that when when
changing the server for the project test cases are not updated accordingly.

I found that the test cases are not updated with the uri change; so we need it to refactor the test cases somehow.
