(did not see this filed) In New projects wizard's new template is missing description. This is causing IOE in log:

Strange, I could have sworn I added such a file in my #921da63f7ffd already, but history says I did not. Anyway Geertjan

In fact I had such a file in my working copy, but maybe it never got added? Too late to find out now.
