observed: After deleting package with files normally(and commiting to subversion repository), empty package could not be
deleted from files view without checking "safe delete".

expected: deletion of empty package from files view with "safe delete" unchecked

steps to reproduce: goto http://wiki.netbeans.org/TS_61_SVN to section  "Test suite: Standard development of project"
number 11. "11. Delete Folder(s)" Follow the steps.

OR
 
start ide -> checkout subversion repository -> in some project create package -> in this package create class -> commit
-> delete the package -> commit -> try to delete the remaining, now empty package from the files view with the "safe
delete" unchecked - nothing happened here (while the package should be deleted)
