Steps to reproduce
1)open story board and click on add publish event
2)Fill in the values
3)Click on genrate source to publish event
4)In the dialogue box check the "add to existing method" option

Issue:Now  the textbox for "generate new method name" should be deactivated.user should not be allowed to type a new
method anem after he chooses "add to exisiting method" option

Modification:
When check box is selected, the method name text field becomes uneditable.
