NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20080306180143)
Java: 1.6.0_04; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b19
System: Windows XP version 5.1 

1. create a VW ee5 project and drop 3 or 4 components onto designer
2. from multiviewer, press tab "JSP" , then press "Design" tab, and again "JSP"

>Navigator displays "Please Wait"

Closing as cannot reproduce. Behavior has 
changed in NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200803111205)
where blank page displays instead. There is open
issue for that, #129896.
