Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.0 (Build 200711261600)
Java: 1.5.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0-b64
System: SunOS version 5.11 running on x86; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

I was working remotely on Solaris 11 ("ssh -X ...", from Ubuntu 7.10). When a normal exception was thrown (DO NOT pay
attention to this one), the red icon appeared in the status bar. I clicked it, a window with a "sorry-a-bug" message
appeared. Then I clicked "Report". The window for reporting issues appeared, but en exception java.io.IOException:
Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://testwww.netbeans.org/nonav/uigestures/error.html was thrown
immediately. 

(I was unable to submit both the original issue and the "issue about the issue reporter" using the issue reporter.)
