Netbeans build 211

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Invoke Add Breakpoint dialog.
2. Select "Line" in Breakpoint Type combobox.
3. There will be value <not set> in the text fields in the dialog.
4. Select another type of breakpoint.
5. There will be empty comboboxes.

The values of the text fields should be the same for all
types of breakpoints.

Verified in Netbeans build 20010824.
