When user retrieves external schema(s) (New-> External XML Schema Document(s)), there in no message indicating that the
process is completed. Partially, if there are no XSD schema files among selected files, retriever says nothing at all.
I'd say it should give starting message ("Retrieving files...") and final message ("Retrieving complete").
