When dragging and dropping a functoid (e.g. concat function) in the BPEL mapper for the purpose of moving it within the
design view, the actual functoid should be shown (ghosted) as it is dragged within the canvas.  Currently, there is a
move icon that is shown and when released it does not accurately reflect the required position of the functoid.

Louis, not sure we'll implement this enhancement: it can cause performance regressions.
