System: Linux version 2.6.20-16-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

after fixing issue124013 we have different default values for extension of c and c++ header file. And possible to set a
different default values for C header file and for C++ header file on New File Wizard.

But in Tools->Options->Other there is only one value for c and c++. Impossible to set a default value for extension of c
header file in Tools->Options.
