1. Open the attached wsdl.
2. Rename the operation node "newOperationRequest" in the WSDL view.

Notice that the binding operation name did not change. This should change.
This is a regression.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
