Automatically Check for Updates does not seem to pick up Updates

I had to click on Reload Catalog after the Automatically Check for Updates finished running to see Updates.
I had Updates window open when the Automatically Check for Updates was running. Updates appeared and then disappeared
from the list of Updates.

I then clicked on Reload Catalog and the Updates appeared in the Updates Tab.

We are not able to reproduce the problem in NB6.1.

How about in NB 6.0.1?
Can it be a bug fix for 6.0.1?

Leonid, unfortunately all planned patches for 6.0.x are already released.
