Reproduced with build 200802140010.

Issues with Add WSDL Import Customizer

 No Accessible description :
   Class: org.netbeans.core.windows.services.NbDialog {  Add WSDL Import Customizer |  } 

 Components with no LABEL_FOR pointing to it :
   Class: org.openide.explorer.view.TreeTable {  Select an external reference. |  Select an external reference. }

The fix should be done in org.netbeans.modules.xml.xam.ui.customizer.ExternalReferenceCreator class.
Reassigning to xml xam.
