Since if you have e.g. 1.8.6-p36 and 1.8.6-p111 they will end up with the same display name (Ruby 1.8.6) which is
confusing in Platform comboboxes among the IDE.

This lost a little bit of importance since I've added a patch level to the platforms' names. So it happen really rarely
that two platforms have some name (e.g. if you have installed two 1.8.6-p111). But still valid RFE -> P4, future
