When adding files to libraries for example, you can re-add the same file over and over again.  Instead, Netbeans should
do as does eclipse in that once a file has been added, it is not shown again in the selection area.  This prevents the
duplication of files and makes it much easier to see what has not been added.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
