Steps to reproduce:
1) install NetBeans 6.0 FCS
2) then upgrade NB 6.0 to 6.0.1 from Update Center
3) install JAX-RPC module

ERROR: Warning - could not install some modules:
    JAX-RPC Support - The module JAX-RPC (JWSDP 1.6) was requested in implementation version "200711261600" but only
"200801291616" was found.
    Another module could not be installed due to the above problems.

project dependencies from jaxrpc support and web svc registry on jaxrpc lib module were impl. changed to spec version.
