In a comp app project, if the user right clicks the project and selects the "Test" target (ALT+F6), an information
dialogue box appears with the words "There is no test case defined in this composite application project."

A good and useful enhancement here would be to change this to a user selection dialogue box and prompt if the user
wishes to create one now "OK" or "Cancel".  If they select "OK", launch the "New Test Case" wizard, otherwise close the
dialogue and do nothing!
