As discussed, we should replace JAX-WS jars with METRO based jars in NetBeans. 
 
 NetBeans 6.1 is planned to be bundled and tested with GlassFish v2UR1, which includes METRO 1.0.1, thus we should
include METRO 1.0.1 jars. (and upgrade to 1.0.2 when it becomes ready (soon) - which only contains couple of safe bug
fixes).
