Java: 1.6.0_04; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b19
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

I'm bit confused with design and purpose of Delete Preview checkboxes.

1. Last leaf of preview contains checkbox. This checkbox is enabled but
it's impossible to make it uncheck. I believe unused checkboxes should
be grayed or something like this.

2. After making others checkboxes unchecked whole tree branch under
unchecked node collapses. It's possible to expand it back using [+]
button unless top node unchecked. In last case whole tree became hides
somewhere so in addition it looks like we are no longer want to delete
anything. But we press Do Refactor and deletion do all work.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
