Show PHP manual elements in Code Completion in M1.

PHP manual elements are not shown in Code completion now.
This is caused by changes in manual html file provided by php.net
Updated manual processing is planned as issue 123766 for m2.

It is allowed to show an old documentation for M1.

Issue was fixed by adding items from previous version of PHP documentation ( Without last modifications, that made it
unusable for us ).
