Description gekkothelizard 2008-01-12 18:53:27 UTC
Downloading plugins can take a lot of time, it's unaccaptable that the developer has to sit and watch the progressbar
crawling slowly. The are no programs today that freeze the UI while downloading something from the net.

Proposed sollutions:
1. Put a minimize button on the download dialog, if pressed, the download should become a background task and displayed
in the lower right corner.

2. The download dialog should be a separate frame, so it wouldn't disturb NB.

Dupl. of 98870. Since of NB6.1M1 will be possible to switch download&install phase in background.
