When I try replacing "item" with "topic", then "getItem" is either replaced with "gettopic" or not replaced at all,
depending on the "Match Case" setting. What is needed is another setting "Clone Case" that understands initial caps and
all-caps. This behavior exists in Emacs and FrameMaker.
