Useful info is displayed when hovering over certain NB6 project types in the Projects window, e.g. hovering over an EJB
module displays the text "EJB Module project in c:\projects\EJBModule1".  This would be useful if it was applied to
Composite Applications projects and BPEL module projects.  BPELModule projects do not display any help text when
hovering over.  Composite Application projects simply display the comp app name which is there already.  There should be
consistency with the useful info that is displayed for EJB Modules.

BPEL project is extended from comp app base project (as other types of SOA projects),
so the fix should be done in compapp.projects.base module.
