Thank you for the log file, but I need some more information.  

Please provide:
- Steps you took to recreate the problem
- What version of the driver are you using?
- What version of Oracle are you using?
- What the error message was and what went wrong?
- Please attach the message log
- If you can do a screen shot too, that would be great.
