The run configuration is very handy, but it would even be better if it was available in a web-application as well. I
have some main classes in my web-app that need parameters for running and the run configuration would be exactly what I
need. But as the project is a web application, it is not available.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
