The php debbuger plugin isn´t stoping on the breakpoint. It ignores it. i´ve configured everything as show on the tutorial
but it didn´t work.

Please provide more details on this issue.
Debugger was tested and it works in general.

In your case you have your own environment where breakpoint doesn't 
work. So we need more information for reproducing this issue.
Otherwise it is impossible identify the problem.
